A: This is your money and your savings plan. You can cancel your
savings plan at any time you desire. Just send us an email letting
us know you do not wish to continue receiving gold grams each month
and we will take care of the rest.
Q: How are my gold grams shipped to me?
A: The gold is sent first class postal service and they must be signed for. The
packaging is discrete and bears the return address of SGC. No where
on the package is it evident that there is gold inside. The gold
will be shipped from California.
Q: I want to set up a savings program for
each of my children, can I open more than one savings plan?
A: Yes absolutely! You can set up as many savings plans as you
desire.
Q: What happens if the price of gold changes?
A: The price of gold is definitely going to change. Gold is a long

Q: Do I need to do anything after I
receive my first gold grams?
A: At the first of each month we ship your gold out to you. Immediately we continue your savings plan with the same
settings you chose. We just keep shipping you gold! You don't need to do anything after you set up your savings
plan the first time unless you want to change settings. The price of
your gold grams is always the market price on the first business day of the month and is locked in for you.
